Policy

Deposit: A 50% deposit is due when placing your order.

Refunds: All sales are final and there will be no refunds issued unless it is at the fault of The Eventologist.

Lost or Damage Items: Damaged items are subject to a replacement fee of the full value or the amount to fix said item.

Fees: A $100 fee will be charged if our delivery staff are not able to enter the premises during agreed upon window.

Delivery/ Pick-Up

We offer Delivery in NY, NJ, and CT. Our Pick-up locations are in Westbury, NY and Fort Lee, NJ. We have minimums depending on your location. Set-up and delivery prices depend on set-up times, stairs, and location. Please email us or send an inquiry for additional information.
